Everything you need to use fstorage

Getting Started

Follow these steps to start using fstorage:

  1. Sign up - Create a free account at fstorage.duckdns.org. No credit card required.
  2. Get your API keys - Navigate to the dashboard and generate a unique API key for your applications.
  3. Make your first upload - Use our web interface, CLI, or API to upload your first file in seconds.

Uploading Files

fstorage supports all file types. There are no format restrictions — you can upload anything from documents and images to archives and executables.

  • Max file size: 100 MB on the Free plan, 5 GB on Pro, 25 GB on Enterprise
  • Supported formats: All file types are accepted
  • Expiration options: Choose from 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, or custom expiration dates
  • Multiple uploads: Upload multiple files simultaneously via the web interface

Security

Your data security is our top priority. fstorage implements multiple layers of protection.

  • AES-256-GCM encryption: All files are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM, the industry standard for symmetric encryption.
  • Password protection: Optionally password-protect files for an extra layer of security. Recipients must enter the password to download.
  • HTTPS in transit: All data transfers use TLS 1.3, ensuring files are encrypted during upload and download.
  • Automatic cleanup: Expired files are permanently deleted from our servers using secure deletion methods.
