By accessing or using fstorage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated herein, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
fstorage provides a temporary file storage and sharing platform that allows users to upload files, generate shareable links, and control access expiration. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and is intended for lawful, non-commercial and commercial use subject to the limitations described herein.
fstorage does not claim ownership of any files you upload. You retain all rights to the content you store and share through the Service.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the content you upload, share, or transmit through the Service. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
You must not upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others, violates any person's privacy or publicity rights, or contains any material that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on fstorage:
fstorage reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any activity that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or its users.
If your account is terminated for a violation, you may lose access to all files and data associated with the account. fstorage is not obligated to return or export files following a termination for cause. If you wish to delete your account voluntarily, you may do so through your account settings, and we will process the deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. fstorage makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fstorage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if fstorage has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
fstorage reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email and through a notice posted on the Service at least 30 days before the effective date. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
The parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these terms.
